Shipping policy

At Snowbrat Acrylix, we process all orders within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the carrier. 

U.S. Shipping
Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs processing in your country. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: All international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, and a Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF). These fees vary by country and are not included in the cost of the order.

Address Change & Returned Packages: Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other reasons, a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping fee. 

Undeliverable or Refused Orders: Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to update the shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will process a refund for the order total excluding the original shipping cost. 

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
