Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our end, we will gladly work to resolve the issue. Please contact us at snowbratacrylix@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
